Return and refund policy

ITEMS THAT CAN NOT BE RETURNED:  
•⁠  ⁠Order bats cannot be returned or cancelled (after 6 hours) once your order is placed. Unless you have arranged this with us before placing your order.
•⁠  ⁠Items held unboxed  longer then 7-day cant return. chargers applied 
•⁠  ⁠All ONEv cricket bats that have been used in any way that doesn't meet our warranty policy. (Not covered )
•⁠  ⁠ONEV cricket bats can not be returned because of a 'change of mind' after dispatch.

WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE?

Items will be accepted in return for a full refund within 7 days of receipt of your shipment being delivered (excluding original outgoing taxes and shipping charges) for the following reasons:

•⁠  ⁠Change of mind ( not applies once item dispatched)
•⁠  ⁠The item is defective. ( MD )
•⁠  ⁠The item received is not the ordered item.
•⁠  ⁠Items must still be in absolutely new condition, as determined by ONEV CRICKET. and with all original tags and packaging.

THE AMOUNT WOULD BE CREDITED TO YOUR BANK ACCOUNT WITHIN 5-7 WORKING DAYS AFTER REFUND IS INITIATED.
